Refund Policy & Notes
• 90 days prior: 100% refund
• 60 days prior: 60% refund
• 30 days prior: No refund (alternate may attend)
In addition to classes, the Annual Fire School & Conference includes several special events throughout the week, including a Meet & Greet with the Board, Opening Ceremony, Vendor Show & BBQ, Past Presidents’ Luncheon, and the Awards Banquet.
Full conference registration includes a conference t-shirt and one Awards Banquet ticket. If you need additional banquet tickets, they will be available for purchase at the Merchandise table during the event. Single-day registrants do not receive a t-shirt or banquet ticket; however, both may be purchased on-site if available.
For the Opening Ceremony: Class A uniforms are appropriate if you wish to wear them, and department duty uniforms are also acceptable if you have one. Uniforms are welcome but not required.

T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after April 25.
