The Washington State Fire Fighters' Association has launched a new website to improve member services and support. Members must reset their passwords using the link emailed to them, then log in to update their profiles. Department memberships currently include only one imported email, but additional members can be added upon login. The website, powered by Naylor Association Solutions, offers tools for membership management, online payments, events, and more.

The Washington State Fire Fighters' Association is proud to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website—created to better serve our members and support the volunteer fire service throughout Washington State.How to Access Your Member Account
To get started, please use the following link to access the password reset page: wsffa.membershipsoftware.org/assoc_forgot.asp.Once there:
- Enter your email address
- Click “Retrieve Username and Password”
- You will receive an email with your username and a temporary password
- Log in and update your profile information
For Department Memberships
If your agency has a department membership, please note that only one email address could be imported into the new system. Once logged in, you are welcome to add additional department members directly within your profile.While updating profiles, please review:
- Completeness and accuracy of all information
- Setting up your own username and password for future access
