AIL Benefit Program for The Washington State Firefighter's Association Members

Dear Volunteer Firefighter: The Washington State Firefighter's Association is pleased to announce an increase in the supplemental insurance benefit listed below. This supplemental insurance is being provided through American Income Life Insurance Company, a company that serves in the needs of Associations nationwide, and includes the following:

• No Cost - $3500 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit
• In Addition, you are also eligible for the Health Service Discount Program, which entitles you and your family to substantial discounts on * Vision * Hearing * Chiropractic * Prescriptions *

As a member you may have already received a no-cost benefit notification via US mail in partnership with American Income Life Insurance. These benefits are not in competition with your current negotiated benefits, but are in addition to them. It will be requested that you return the yellow card, enclosed in the mailed notification to confirm the benefit and to learn more about other optional supplemental programs that you may want for your family. Everyone can use an additional $3,500.00 of free Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit. If you fail to designate your beneficiary, the benefit will be paid to your estate and may be taxed.
